About Preferred Contracting
We started our career as Insurance Restoration Contractors being "preferred" (hence the name) vendors for many of the national Insurance companies across Canada completing insurance claims Across Canada.. Many insurance claims turn into a remodel claim to repair the damage in the home that was caused. Asa result we have completed thousands of remodel jobs and most important we know what works and what doesn't.
Our Process
Our process is simple and to the point - the focus being to execute our clients vision. To do that here are some of the steps of the process.
Initial meeting/ Preconstruction Design
This is the first meeting where we meet at the place of the remodel - discuss your design or obtain any diagrams you may have and then analyses the space for understanding and fit.
Design & Construction Estimate
After initial discussions and understanding end mutual agreement of of the project scope we will prepare a detailed estimate based upon scope.
Deliver estimate /On-Site Consultation
We will meet on site to present estimate - explain work and answer any questions / concerns/moving forward.
Contract & completing the scope of work.
Moving forward we will mutually sign the presented scope of work/ price. Anything required ordering will be ordered immediately; schedule will be discussed
Our Quality Guarantee
We provide a one year warranty on workmanship and manufacturers warranty on products used with same. Most important we will explain our procedures so you understand our methodology of how we work and the quality of our procedures. Proper preparation is required for a professional result. We do no skip corners - we treat your building like it is our building.
